General comments:

This is *wonderful* stuff. Her Majesty the Baby has a The Breeders-like lineup (three women on lead instruments, one male drummer; or as my advisor calls it "three chicks and a guy with sticks"). The best approximation to their sound I can think of at the moment is Rose Chronicles, except less woo-woo; lead singer Lee Paiva has a more mature-sounding voice than Kirsty Thirsk as well. Lots o' jangly guitars and vocal harmonies and killer hooks. A San Francisco-area band. *Very* ecto. (dixon@physics.Berkeley.EDU)

I would highly recommend it to anyone to see Her Majesty The Baby. They sounded: Lush guitars, Throwing Muses vocals at times (sometimes Mary's Danish). (Horter3)

Mary is their only known album

A mix of hard rock/strong vocals and softer tunes with harmonic vocals. Mostly lively songs full of infectious hooks. Quite delightful. (Neile)
