Comparisons:

Other singer-songwriters? Her style isn't that unique, really, but no-one comes to mind for me. Maybe because this isn't a genre I listen to that much.

Own

General comments:

Ella Edmondson has a lovely, strong voice and vocal style which anyone could appreciate but what makes her rise above the throng is her impressively hook-laden songs. (Neile)

Recommended first album:

Blame Amy is the only collection one we've heard, but "Wild in City," available at her SoundCloud page, is pretty strong.

Comments:

This is a strong, intriguing debut ep that will leave folk and pop fans wanting more. These is good material, very well-presented. Ella Edmondson's voice—both in terms of her vocals and her songwriting—are irresistible. Her overall sound is on the verge of being too pop-y for my tastes but her songs stuck in my head and taught me to like them. (Neile)
